FR Flex — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FUTURECOMMENDATION LLC ("FR," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use FR Flex and our related websites and dashboards (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
We are located at 42 Broadway, Floor 12, Suite 102, New York, NY 10004, and you can reach us at info@futurecommendation.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide:
- Account information — your name, email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and business details.
- Business and content information — your business website, reference photos you upload, brand preferences, and the content generated for your account.
- Communications — messages you send us for support or other inquiries.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage and device data — basic information about how you use the Service, such as pages viewed, actions taken, and standard log data (for example, IP address and browser type).
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure and improve our marketing (see Section 6).
Information from connected accounts:
- When you connect a social-media account, we receive the access permissions ("tokens") needed to publish approved content on your behalf, and limited account information from the platform. We use this only to provide the publishing feature.
Payment information:
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; Stripe handles that directly. We receive limited billing information such as your subscription status and the last few digits of your card.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating content and publishing approved content to your connected accounts;
- process subscriptions, billing, and renewals;
- communicate with you about your account, content, support, and service updates;
- secure the Service, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms;
- analyze and improve the Service; and
- conduct our own marketing, including measuring the performance of our ads.
3. AI processing of your content
To generate captions, images, and videos, your business information and content are processed by automated systems and by third-party artificial-intelligence service providers acting on our behalf. These providers process the content only to perform the generation task.
4. Social-media publishing
To publish approved content, we use a third-party social-media publishing service that connects to the platforms you authorize and posts on your behalf. We share with that service only what is needed to publish your approved content to your connected accounts.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers / sub-processors — companies that help us run the Service (for example, our payment processor, social-media publishing service, AI content providers, hosting, and email delivery), under agreements that limit their use of the information to providing services to us.
- Social-media platforms — when you direct us to publish content to accounts you connect.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FR, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and to measure marketing. Our marketing pages may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and related tools to understand how visitors arrive and to improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences through the relevant platforms' tools.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can request deletion of your account information as described below.
8. Your choices and rights
You can:
- access or update your account information through your dashboard or by contacting us;
- disconnect any connected social-media account at any time;
- cancel your subscription at any time; and
- request that we delete your account information, subject to legal and operational retention needs.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, contact us at info@futurecommendation.com.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of stored passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International users
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
