FR Flex — Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for FR Flex, provided by FUTURECOMMENDATION LLC ("FR," "we," "us"). It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Try before you buy
Before subscribing, you can request a free preview that generates sample posts for your business at no cost. This lets you evaluate FR Flex before paying anything.
No setup fee, no contract
FR Flex is a month-to-month subscription. There is no setup fee and no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time.
Billing and automatic renewal
When you subscribe, your payment method is charged the monthly fee for your chosen plan. Your subscription automatically renews every month on the date anchored to your original signup, and your payment method is charged automatically at each renewal until you cancel.
If you used a promotional offer (such as a first month free), your subscription will automatically renew and be charged at the standard monthly price for your plan once the promotional period ends, unless you cancel before your next billing date.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time:
- through your account dashboard, or
- by emailing us at info@futurecommendation.com.
When you cancel:
- Future renewals stop, and your payment method will not be charged again.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- After that period ends, your subscription closes.
To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your renewal date.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- partial billing periods or unused time,
- content you did not use or publish, or
- subscription renewals that have already been charged.
Because a free preview is available before you subscribe, and because you can cancel at any time to stop future billing, we do not issue refunds for amounts already paid.
Failed or disputed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or close your account if payment cannot be completed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@futurecommendation.com before disputing the charge with your bank, and we will work with you to resolve it.
